The customer is obliged to check for any damage upon receiving the ordered Reencle devices and immediately report it to the delivery person who delivered the goods, and refuse to accept delivered devices with visible external damage. The accuracy of the order is the customer’s responsibility, and subsequent complaints are not accepted.
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased goods, they have the right to file a complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, Article 79, paragraphs 1 and 2). Complaints are sent via email to [email protected] with the note COMPLAINT FOR ORDER (Order Number).
In the case of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund of the paid amount or exchange for a correct, undamaged, and valid product. The seller will accept the return of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered devices at their own expense, only if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the customer did not affect the correctness, damage, or any defect of the device. In the case of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with a new one is fully borne by the seller.
If we determine that the complaint is not valid, i.e. if we reject the complaint, the customer is obliged to pay all delivery costs.
