The customer orders products/devices via the electronic order form. Products are ordered electronically by selecting a specific product and placing it in the cart. After selecting all desired products, by clicking the BUY link, the system automatically directs you to pages where you must confirm the accuracy of the entered data and choose one of the offered payment methods.
Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirmation of the successfully completed order or purchase, depending on the chosen payment method and product availability. Payment for ordered products can be made in the following ways:
- Payment to a transaction account (bank transfer, general payment slip, e-banking)
- Cash on delivery
- Credit card:
- Mastercard – one-time payment
- Maestro – one-time payment, installment payment from 2 to 6 installments via Maestro card of the PBZ d.d. current account
- Visa – one-time payment, installment payment from 2 to 6 installments via Visa card of the PBZ d.d. current account



At the moment your payment is recorded (for payments made via bank transfer or credit cards), for the exact amount stated in the offer/order form, we hand over the paid items to the delivery service, which then delivers them to the address you provided during the registration or purchase process.
If you have chosen cash on delivery as the payment method, after recording your order and sending an email about the status, we hand over the selected items to the delivery service, which then delivers them to the address provided during the registration or purchase process.
